SE Ranking sells rank tracking, keyword research, site auditing and white-label reporting. Its affiliate program is run in-house from the Affiliate Program tab inside any SE Ranking account. There is no application. The agreement takes effect when you copy your referral link after registering, and the knowledge base says a trial or even an expired account is enough to join.
