Hosted site builders and ecommerce platforms that people sign up to directly, without managing their own hosting.
Website builders pay affiliates in two very different ways. Shopify and Squarespace pay a fixed amount once per new paying customer, and the amount depends on who signs up: Shopify's depends on the merchant's country, Squarespace's on the subscription bought. Webflow instead pays a share of the customer's first plan for up to a year. Attribution windows run from 30 to 90 days, so how long your readers take to choose a platform matters as much as the headline figure.
No programs match all of these filters.

Commerce platform paying a one-time $25–$150 per full-price merchant referral, set by the merchant's location, through Impact.
Website builder paying $100–$200 per new website subscription and $45 per Acuity Scheduling sign-up through Impact, with a 45-day attribution window.
Programs here are for builders a customer subscribes to directly. Hosting companies that also sell a site builder stay under Web Hosting. Several of these vendors publish their terms across a landing page, a help article and a separate terms PDF that do not always agree; each record says which page a figure comes from and notes the disagreement where one exists.
Programs are ordered by the SaaS Affiliate Score, an editorial rating built from commission, recurring potential, cookie duration, payout terms, promotional flexibility, program stability and market opportunity. Components whose underlying data a vendor does not publish are dropped from the calculation rather than guessed at, so no program is penalised for a figure it never disclosed. Sponsorship has no input into the score.
On published figures, Squarespace pays $100–$200 per new website subscription, Shopify pays 150 USD per full-price store plan referral in its higher-paying regions and 25 USD elsewhere, and Webflow pays 50% of a new customer's first plan for up to 12 months. Which earns most depends on your readers' country and the plan they choose.
Mostly not. Shopify and Squarespace pay once per new customer. Webflow pays a share of the first plan for up to 12 months on a monthly plan, and its Pro and Premium affiliate tiers add a smaller share when the customer renews after the first year.
Not for Squarespace or Webflow, whose terms ban brand bidding; other paid search is allowed only within their conditions. Shopify's help pages encourage paid promotion of your own content but do not publish a rule on bidding for its brand name, so check its program terms before running ads.
