About Descript
Descript is an AI video and podcast editor where you cut recordings by editing the transcript, with tools for captions, filler-word removal, Studio Sound, voice clones and screen recording. Its affiliate program pays a one-time, flat $25 for each new qualifying subscription to an eligible plan. The terms name Descript Creator and Descript Pro as eligible, bought monthly or annually, and only buyers who have never subscribed to any Descript product count. Renewals earn nothing, total commissions are capped at $100,000 a year per affiliate, and Descript may offer a higher rate to strong performers case by case. The flat fee replaced an earlier recurring structure; affiliates who joined under the old rules keep recurring payments on their existing referrals only.
